JDRF WALK FOR JUVENILE DIABETES

Garrison Tyranus participated in the Walk for Juvenile Diabetes in order to help in raising money for a cure. Afterwards, we all set out to find a restaurant that had power so we could get a bite to eat.

Ward and Ward's daughter, Paul, Eric Tank, Mark Cabacungan, Keith, Matt Shipley, Cherylyn and myself attended getting there through fallen trees and half the city of Richmond, VA without power.
Matt Shipley, Keith and Mark started off the walk. Later, there was dancing and a limbo pole was set up. Our very own Scout (Special Ed) participated in the Simon says contest to win a new bicycle. Fortunatley for the children in the contest the Scout broke some armor and removed himself from the contest. Nothing a little duct tape didn't temporarily fix. But later he got back up and rode his very own speeder bike. A pair of Stormtroopers did push-ups and re-enacted Galaxies "Trooper in Prone position".
